When we say community, we mean a structured, private learning space, not group therapy or open social media.
It’s a moderated online environment where members can discuss workshop themes, reflect on prompts, and connect with others who are navigating similar changes for support.

That’s completely fine. Many members prefer to listen and learn quietly at first. You’ll still get full benefit from the education and tools provided. Sharing is always optional, and the community is moderated to ensure that all participation feels respectful, safe, and appropriate.
